We fell in love with this city, and we love interiors. So we bought two studios. They needed everything. They sit in the two parts of Cape Town we know best, and the two everybody wants to be in. We rebuilt them into something special, and now they are ready for you.
Two of the most stylish studios in Cape Town, and either one could be your home in Africa. One on Kloof Street, where the city eats and drinks. One on the top floor in Sea Point, five minutes from the Atlantic. Both were finished in September 2026, down to the last detail, so everything in them is new and both are ready for the season now. Both let by us, not by an agency.
The two studios

Two addresses, fifteen minutes apart, and the same idea behind both: a place that belongs to somebody, not to a portfolio. Everything in them was made here. The joinery, the beds, the lighting, the linen. Drawn for these rooms, built in South Africa. Nothing bought to fill a gap, and nothing chosen because it was cheap enough to survive strangers. You arrive, the door opens, the kettle is there, the bed is made. By the second morning you have your own coffee place on the street. That is what at home in Africa means: not a holiday let with a code for a lock box, but your own address for as long as you stay, and a person here in Cape Town who answers the phone.
Both studios went back to the shell. Sofa, bed, wardrobe, joinery, lighting: drawn for the room they stand in and made in South Africa. None of it can be bought in a shop. That is why twenty-five square metres read as a whole home, not a small one.
Both are planned the way a good hotel plans a small room. A proper entrance. A proper bathroom. A full kitchen. A place to sit and a place to work. Nothing stands about, everything is built in.
You book with us. No agency, no call centre. You write on WhatsApp, you get an answer from the people who built the studio, and someone meets you at the door. Housekeeping comes daily. The power stays on when the city's goes off.
Kloof Street is the city. Sea Point is the sea. Fifteen minutes apart, so whichever you take, the other one is an afternoon away.
In both studios
Both buildings are manned around the clock. Security sits at the entrance, twenty-four seven, and nobody goes up without passing it. Both studios stand on two of the busiest streets in Cape Town, Kloof Street and Regent Road: lit, full of people until late, and patrolled. You walk to dinner and you walk back. That is why we took these two addresses and no others.

While Europe puts the lights on at four, the light here gets long and the southeaster clears the sky. Then come March, April and May, the months Capetonians keep for themselves: the wind drops, the light turns gold, the sea is still warm. Eight months, and we let for all of them. October, April and May are the quiet ones and the best value in the table. December and January are the weeks the whole country is here.
The season we let. Outside it, the studios are not on the market.

In return: six pictures, one reel, two stories with a tag, and the right to use them ourselves. Send your handle and where you would post. Nothing scripted, and nothing about the studio you do not mean.
Longer stays
10 % off every night
Fourteen nights or more. One arrival, one handover, one set of keys. Long enough to stop living out of a suitcase and start living on the street you are on.
20 % off every night
Twenty-eight nights or more. A desk, fibre and the mountain in the window. This is the stay people come back for, and we would rather give the rate than run four changeovers.
Confirmed dates come off the calendar for everybody else. If you do not come, the rent stays with us and the deposit comes back in full.
You get an invoice in euro with the bank details on it. No card fees and no exchange rate to worry about.
From the airport to the door, twenty to thirty minutes with the traffic, and under € 25 in an Uber.
One of our team meets you at the door and stays reachable on WhatsApp for the whole stay.
No instant booking, no lock box, no code in an email: send us your dates and you hear back from us. No investment company sits behind these two studios. They are ours. We found them, we built them out for the way you actually want to live here, down to the linen and the reading light, and we let them because we love this city and would rather share it than hand the keys to an agency. That is why we want to know who is coming, and why the answer comes from a person.
